having CPT from day one is not allowed at all..

u have to be enrolled in school for atleast two terms..before u can get cpt.

 

so classlu attend avu avakapoo...emaina avochu matter..

 

Last Year GBC CPT mida apply chesina mugguru friends gurinchi cheptha, All were working within commuting distance

 

Case 1: H1 approved for 1 yr but COS not approved,COS approved after MTR now happily working

Case 2: H1 approved but COS denied and asked to go for stamping, went to HYD for stamping and got without any kochen abt school and now back and happily working

Case 3: same H1 approved but COS denied and went to HYD for stamping and got rejected after tough interview and now in india

 

Konni cases easy ga without rfe approve ainai ani vinna, so in the end everything is luck in H1 process...

i got better cases too..

got H1 approved.

Got 2 rfes h1 approved..

got no rfes H1 approved.

got H1 approved but cos denied..stamping done jamaica

got 2 rfes h1 denied.

got 2 fres h1 denied..saying not speciality occupation

I am not telling you to go back to state univ but accoring to princeofheaven (he thinks so ) . But my idea is join a good university dont stay away 180 miles thats a differnt issue . Dont work in first sem (dont take cpt ) or atleast dont run your pay roll in other state  - to be safe in USSAAA

You are getting late , go get your admit typically it takes 20 days to get if you are in valid status , after may 15th it will be hard to get an admit as you dont have status and also it will show in your history that you are out of status

No dude..u will be an F1 student without CPT. H1 can be applied for future employment to start from Oct 1st.. (just like ppl from India or H4 ppl here) premium pettuko, once approved ani telisaka cpt teesko malli till Oct 1st... :)
