actually they are starting a baking industry in balanagar , that company is close by to our fabrication unit so ah uncle ma family ki telsu ... monna oka roju casual ga maatladinappudu he told he would give it me as an independent franchise , anduke koncham research chesa daani gurinchi...

lease chesa, so no construction cost...I can't reveal the franchise cost..per month em undadu..say nuvvu 100 rupees ki konte 125 ki amuthav (just made up numbers, not exact)...monthly maintenance depends on number of workers, rent, bank loan (if any), bills...so can't comment...enni yrs ki break even anedi depends on business...may be oka 4-5 months tharuvatha, I could be able to answer these questions...

its definitely more expensive than the US ... manaki US lo oka drink order isthe maximum 10$ untadi manchi places lo kuda ....  ikkada most of the places lo u dont even get a decent drink for that price, and hyd is the cheapest of the all the metros , mumbai ,delhi aithe inka prices gurinchi alochinchi kuda waste lol..
