apartment ppl are clever they wont release that money until and unless you go personally and ask them like 2-3 times...i never did that bcoz by the time i go home the leasing office is close and weekends assala ayyedhi kadu...

frankly cheppali antey motham ichey bhaiyya ... kothaga move avthunnadu kada vaadiki kuda help ainattu untadi.... i dont think $100 makes a big difference anyways ... half iyyi ani adagatam koncham cheap ga untadi in my opinion ... while im in the US ma apartments lo $300 ichaaru referral money fr 2 bedroom apartments .. nenu iddariki refer chesa gave them off everything after i got the money( they actually deducted it frm my next month rental bill)
