ur prev emploter I140revoke cheyyakunda unte u can stay in us. nee kotha 140 approve avakunda patadi revoke ayite after 6 yrs u r in trouble. future employment kinda apply chesi unchi vachaka marali. this was easy in the earlier days when u get 140 in 2 months.

1)emp i-140 withdraw chesthe nee PD ki em problem undadhu......only uscis revoke chesthene u cannot use that(due to fraud)

2)emp i-140 withdraw chesi at that time ur with 2nd emp awaiting extension after 6 yrs.....appudu pakka problem avuthundhi enhdukante ur i-140 must be active when u apply for 6+ yr extension.....so current emp tho h1 ext undi based on prev emp i-140(at that time current emp i-140 inka approve avvakapothe)...prev emp gadu withdraw cheyyodhu

naku telsina pakka info aithe i-140 active undali...doesnt matter prev or current emp.....reg ur q after 6 yrs tarvtha emp change aithe and aa time lo any i-140 is not active then trouble starts .....
