reda my post clearly people were saying i-140 approve ayyaka 6 months kanna mundhe jump kodithe u cannot use ur pd....asal emp gadu withdraw chesthda uscis revoke chesthundha nai em mention cheyyaru...just u cannot use ur pd antaru........may be valla frnds ki evarikaina fraud valla revoke ayyindhi anukunta uscis nunchi....so they are confused

2)emp i-140 withdraw chesi at that time ur with 2nd emp awaiting extension after 6 yrs.....appudu pakka problem avuthundhi enhdukante ur i-140 must be active when u apply for 6+ yr extension.....so current emp tho h1 ext undi based on prev emp i-140(at that time current emp i-140 inka approve avvakapothe)...prev emp gadu withdraw cheyyodhu

so after 6 yrs either transfer or ext cheyyalante u should have a valid active 140 withany employer. antena?
