12 week routine from Kris Gethin ...... very effective if followed seriously ..... check it out on bodubuilding dot com

Use whey protein before 5 mins or after 5 mins of workout, so that muscle accumulates, usually i run 3 or 4 miles a day, next day I do strengthening plus ab workout. 

 

That`s is how I workout…..Edi saripothundi, good luck….!

nadhi same issue...personal trainer ni pettukuna....

 

Increased around 7 pounds in first 3 months

Increased around 12 pounds in 2 months...

Last month nunchi constant ga maintaining...

 

Na life lo first time 160lbs reach ayanu nenu

 

 

Simple tip:

Take lots of carbs (Rice, pasta) with protein and mass building workouts.....Nuvvu first nunchi skinny aytha, eat everything excepts sugars

Forget the plan .... 3 months laa 10 pounds of muscle .....by natural every day activity its impossible.... but you can definitely gain weight by having some clean food good fats and then weights no cardio....
