Krish Posted May 25, 2015 Report Share Posted May 25, 2015 wish you well bro....please do yo yoga 1hr everyday......what happens with exercise/yoga is you can pump blood to each and every organ so that they can detox and rejuvenate.....Diet....please avoid late night dinners and brunches...and have three square meals....I don't know if you are vegetarian.....but please make sure you take wholegrain carbs and protein religiously every day.....and cant not emphasise more on the importance of eating fresh vegges and fruits....
