wish you well bro....please do yo yoga 1hr everyday......what happens with exercise/yoga is you can pump blood to each and every organ so that they can detox and rejuvenate.....Diet....please avoid late night dinners and brunches...and have three square meals....I don't know if you are vegetarian.....but please make sure you take wholegrain carbs and protein religiously every day.....and cant not emphasise more on the importance of eating fresh vegges and fruits.... All the best...:)

I am 30 and diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 3 months ago ... it all happened just like that ... first bhayam vesindhi tharuvaatha baadha paddanu ... ippudu alavaatu padipoyyanu ... So evaraina naa laa diabetic ai untey mee life style tips lantivi share cheskondi ...

Am not sure what type but he followed naturopathy and reversed his figures

Daily morning levagane
1 glass menthi rasam
1 glass kakara kaya rasam

Give half an hr gap

Along with this if possible eat few leaves of vepaku

Basic concept is chedhu thinali

Pls follow that & let me know your results after a month

sure but im under medication now ... it will even lower my blood sugars ... so cant risk as of now ...will discuss with my doc for a month and will let u know. thanks bro for the suggestions.

I don't know much abt diabetes but with other diseases what I understood is Homeo & Ayurveda has permanent results .. These allopathy doctors are told to behave what pharmaceutical companies tell them
