wat was the remedy?

Mullakkada, Pulupu items, Aavalu.....ivi eppudu thinte appudu vachhesedhi......I avoided them eating in the night.....

 

Too much sugar also avoided, nidra vasthe ventane padukunta I dont delay. I woke up after sharp 6 hours of sleep. 

 

Oka Homeopathi doctor daggaraki velthe chepaadu....eppudu emi thinte vasthundho avi avoid cheyamani,and 6 hours sleep(8 or more hours aithe you will feel lazy and you feel like having Migraine annadu).

I avoided taking pain killers.

 

oka last year oka 6  months varaku nenu early morning 5.30 ki ala swimming ki vellevaadini(I dont know how to swim, just friend ki company ivvadaniki vellevaadini) and i used to play in water......inka anthe aa tharwatha nunchi migraine oka two times vachhi vuntaadhi anthe.......

Yes..chala yrs nundi
Had severe one yday..oka 4 hrs eyes ki cloth tie chesanu light chudaleka..then vomited twice..tarvatha koncham settle ayindi..malli ippudu slight headache starting..

oh balu..

eucalyptus oil untey raskoni sleep...and apply lie two drops of lavendar oil.

u cant try sonsur also..available in india.

also breathe heavy....the excess oxygen helps in blood circulation and will relax the brain

Tried all this.. Last 2 yrs prob ledu but oka month nundi ekkuvaindi
