Case summary:

 

I am from a company , which has 2 Branches ( US, HYD)

 

so .. To work in Onsite branch I applied for H1 from INDIA.

 

Offcourse I do have FT offer letter.  But the issue is we are product developers, not service based company.

 

Interview date:  October 21st.

 

221G :  They asked for client letter. But I said, we are product developers, the products may be utilized/ not utilized by end-clients. But SHE INSISTED for CLIENT LETTER and gave 221G.

 

Reply: Our HR team provided STRONG reply , describing my roles and responsibilities at onsite branch.

 

Submission date: 28th November

 

Date status changed: on 4th December

 

Passports:  on 12th December they asked me to Submit passports.

 

I submitted passports on 16th December .......   :)
