Bro, I am not talking about the labor or poor states. I am talking about loosing the leverage over something very important to some politicians who are biased and crooked and can use for their political reasons.. I don't think that these funds will go to the right people (the poor ones). Already, we are contributing well to the centre. MH and AP are the biggest contributors. And we didn't get all that money in the form of funds or grants. I am not questioning even that. the states loose that control over something very imp to a party that rules at centre. Honestly, Southern parties never have good leverage at the centre except during the coalition govts.

actually there's more to it bro ... koncham backward unna 11 states oppukunnay , but high revenue unna anni states deny chesay , but ee bill prakaaram if all the states accept it , center will compensate for the loss in revenue ... just uthiga odileyyaru alaa .... but i guess its highly unlikely that this bill will get passed .
