reminds me of the awesome 'vancouver'. intellectual backwater of canada, whose pride is branch offices of google, facebook, MS, etc.

 

even though a radical company - DWave Systems exists there.

 

itlaanti vanni hype cheyyakunte manchidi, city ki. google is just another company. home grown companies are the pride of a city. not some import.

except ecommerce, ad networks in blr, and health based machine learning startups in Hyd, startup environment across southern india is quite bleak.

 

not sure what an incubator will add to it. 

 

incubators in places like vijayawada, Vizag is very silly. Hyd already has enough incubators.

 

 hyd's huge potentia comes from being one of the least bureaucratic and well administered cities in India.
