gym membership unda ? gym lo group classes ayithayi... may be thats a good starting point

micxas..ikda people r making fun of me…but seriousgane cheptunna….am trained in yoga….pranayamas, dhyana , asana annitlo from age of 13 nundi ipdu varku …..anubhavam toh cheptunna..its not good for you ..if u blindly follow videos or books…just go for guru …ante trained teacher…scrooge cheptunnattu gym lo trained yoga teachers untaru go for that antegani videos or books….paniki ravu..

i have lower back pain to the left side .. e kindha yoga chedham ani decide ayya .. chiropractor degara ki veltuna .. still, yoga helps kada ani try chedham anukuntuna
