Capital is going to build in PPP (public-private partnetship) mode. Government is not going to spend huge money on this capital. First know about PPP mode then we can start discussing  further. 

 

AP needs a capital with top class infrastructure to compete with surrounding cities hyd bang chennai and also to attract investments by showcasing the infrastructure. He wants to build strong relationship with Japan and Singapore so that they can cooperate with AP Govt for the development of capital along with remaining regions.  He has succeeded in gaining  belief from japanese investors. Thats the reason why they have taken a step further and visited AP for exploring investment opportunies.

1st one....central govt lekkala prakaram next 5 years lo ap 22000 crore deflict ni edurko pothundi not one lakh crores. ah 22k crores central isthundi ani cheparu budget lo. so ap ki no deflict and also no surplus.

as far as I know, ap govt ki dabbulu kev kabatti capital lands lo around 5000 acres ni amalani plan chesthunar. per acre 3-5 crore. so 25000 cr ravachu deeni valla. alage singapore japan companies ki kuda tax benefits and vallu companies petedaniki lands kuda free ga iche chances vunay. government buldings ki money central govt elago istharu.
