Do you have previous experience in organizing these things ?
Where do you want to set it up ?

Do you know that you need to take municipal /police permission to set it up ?
For how many days you will run the camp ?
How much time/Money you are willing to contribute ?

Have you contacted the local merchants/commercial establishments in that area ...most of them will be wiling to sponsor/donate of you agree to put up their banners etc
