Many pro's throw them out saying it has lots of unwanted crap..PT's ask their clients to take all these cuz they want results in may be say 3 months.. ala yemi undadhu bro but manki hunger levels yekkuva untaye after stopping working out.

donganaaK Posted July 4, 2015 Report Posted July 4, 2015 good posts keep doing try running 2 miles under 13 minutes. @3$% @3$% today is back I can easily run 1Km in about 5 mins , I'm pretty sure that i can do it if i stretch it a little .... I deliberately do it a slower pace because i wont get exhausted easily that way .. dint workout today , will try it tomorrow or day after ...

I deliberately do it a slower pace because i wont get exhausted easily that way .. dint workout today , will try it tomorrow or day after ... i run 5 miles in 42 mins every monday, my fastest mile was 5 mins 50seconds . well not anymore i run 13-14:20 a 2 miles.
