it will help you build gains but when you stop working out, that will be problem.. you may buff up or gain weight instantly..Do some research on Protein bars too.. Many pro's throw them out saying it has lots of unwanted crap..PT's ask their clients to take all these cuz they want results in may be say 3 months..

im pretty sore today .. not feeling like moving my ass  bye1

 

but am still going out to gym  $s@d will see how much i can do Shoulders + Legs day today

today is back 

 

I can easily run 1Km in about 5 mins , I'm pretty sure that i can do it if i stretch it a little .... I deliberately do it a slower pace because i wont get exhausted easily that way ..

 

dint workout today , will try it tomorrow or day after ...

i run 5 miles in 42 mins every monday, my fastest mile was 5 mins 50seconds . well not anymore i run 13-14:20 a 2 miles.
