Many pro's throw them out saying it has lots of unwanted crap..PT's ask their clients to take all these cuz they want results in may be say 3 months.. ala yemi undadhu bro but manki hunger levels yekkuva untaye after stopping working out. donganaaK Posted July 4, 2015 Report Share Posted July 4, 2015 good posts keep doing try running 2 miles under 13 minutes. @3$% @3$% today is back I can easily run 1Km in about 5 mins , I'm pretty sure that i can do it if i stretch it a little .... I deliberately do it a slower pace because i wont get exhausted easily that way .. dint workout today , will try it tomorrow or day after ... I deliberately do it a slower pace because i wont get exhausted easily that way .. dint workout today , will try it tomorrow or day after ... i run 5 miles in 42 mins every monday, my fastest mile was 5 mins 50seconds . well not anymore i run 13-14:20 a 2 miles.
