Sept 18th --- upgraded to premium

Sept 27th -- rfe for right to control

oct 9th --- responded to rfe

Oct 21st -- got approval

 

3 years approved...so e kalasala vallaki emi problem ledu ...worry avvakandi....

right of control antey ..your employer have complete rights on u..not the client..and they have to provide documentation about that...avvi anni ne mestri chusukuntaadu...

My H1 Got approved last week. at that time first H1 got approved on Jun 6th before any quota ended. Lawyer answered the query based on that and it got approved. Went with Murthy and they charged 3500$.. but now peace of mind.

I think what he is saying is, thana h1 2012 lo june 6th approve ayindhi and apatiki inka regular quota available unay, so they defended the query saying that, 2012 lo ne reject chesi unte regular lo veskunetollamu kada ani
