lets say, 2014 FY (2013 H1 applications) consider cheskunte, since it happened to be lucky draw, even MS application MS quota lo pick avvakunda regular quota ki transfer ayyi pick ayinapudu, aa specific application uscis review chesinapudu vaadu MS application kindane treat chesthadu kada bhayya..endukante daanilo specific ga untadhi kada grad info, certificates etc etc..

 

so okavela mana employer MS details specify cheyyakapothe, adhi 100% regular application kindaki vasthadhi..but mention chesadu kaabatti and application was provided two chances as to be considered to be picked even in regular quota if not picked in MS quota, in that case that specific application obviously defaults to MS criteria in terms of processing...
