Amendment Vs Extension

na h1b stamping and validity feb 16 varaku undi. But nenu job maaranu ee madhye. But kottha amendment rule prakaram i have to apply for H1b amendment before aug 19th 2015. 

 

So i am in a fix.. amaendment cheyinchi then extension cheyinchala? or  direct ga extension ki apply chesesthay saripodda?

within 6mo lo aite...u can directly file extension ..sometime in Aug..calculate chesko ne h1b Validity date - Aug 19th = with in 180 days.
