What is the decent pay in NY/NJ ? ( hourly )

chethiki 35$/hr vaste chaallu bhayya...continous ga with out any cuttings...oka family easy ga bhatikeyochu..Just make sure employer has nice health plan with lesser rate and less use of any medical assistance..
