Make Scrambles eggs very easy ..  

 

whisk few eggs + few egg whites 

 

stove on - put pan on it.. pan ki mandey varku alaney unchi.. a tblsp olive oil veyyi.. then pour the whisked egg liquid in it.. konchem kaluputu undali..

 

konchem gattiga aithadi not too hard though.. appudu maaanchi butter veyyi.. malli kalupu.. inka hard avtundi anaganey green onions, parsley.. kothmir katta.. salt pepper red mirch powder (if required) padeseyi.. mix it and pour that on a bread toast :)

egg stir fry

 

take stir fry veggies (ready made vastai) or else get capsicum green + red, french beans, eggplant, brocolli, cauliflower , red onions, mirchi,  any sauce (hot mild medium, teriyaki asian hot etc..)

 

as it is ga pan heat two tblspoon olive oil .. then add all above veggies.. half cooked stage ki vachinapudu konchem sauce add+ salt pepper+ lemon pepper ..  

 

now add whisked eggs.. kaluputa undali.. until your eggs becomes softer likes scrambled eggs.. thats it ma.. paina garnishing ki kothmir katta, pudina estey veyyu...

 

you can replace egg with tofu.. but don't get Extra firm Tofu.. medium or soft should do it..
