2013 nov lo apply sesadu.. 2014 May lo audit padindhi... Employer gadu normal query( recruitment process and affidavit )
Reply icha annadu.. Wait chesi chesi cheppatledhu..DOL lo daily chusthunna.... Na series dhati eppudo ayyindhi... 2 days back email sesa department of labor ki.. Ninnu reply ichadu DOL gadu denied and letter employer ki pampincham ani

 

Nadhi exact same situtation. but nenu mundha guess chesa audit 1 year paduthunnai ani, so July 2014 lo new employer ki jump chesa. New employer applied perm on Dec 31st 2014 and last week approve ayindhi.

 

but i am still in touch with old employer about nov 2013 perm, reply chesam annadu but no updated in dolstats.com. I think it will show denied, if it denied by DOL. anyway now it doesnt matter for me.

too late to go for new employer now. stay with your current employer and apply 1year extension based on 365day rule.

i got my old perm approval today with previous employer. So it took 21 months for UScisss to process. old employer 1 week lo decide chesukoni cheppamannadu, if i want to go back to them.
