10 to 12 very man rarely 15 osthadhi US nunchi 5-6 yrs ante  ....management jobs lo emanna osthadhemo kaani it lo nuvvu cheppina pay ledu it companies are not catching up with inflation they themselves are making very less margin now a days so vallu salaries penchalekapotunaru kind of wierd situation in india i have seen ppl getting 30 lakhs also amazon us nundi india elliponavallu but very less percentage

Good thinking bro .. Ground reality starting lo kodhiga kastanga undochu but if you priority are your parents then don't waste time in taking decision .. Nenu kooda ovhesaanu recent ga India ki 2 months back things are lil different but nenu 20+ years unna nela bro so I can adjust edho nalugu years unnam kada anii usa lo nae putttinattu chesthae kontha mandhini cheppu andhukoni thannali anipisthuntadhi ..so alochinchuko nemmadhiga get ur priorities on paper .. Make sure u understand that usa is USa and India is India .. But eay decision theesukunna It has its own pros and cons
