I guess there is a legislation that revenue generated by sorces like GHMC and HUDA/HMDA cannot be used for population that thye donot directly address as a revenue source

State Revenue dept has to intervene, Give Bonds to GHMC and HMDA and only then their money can be used elsewhere in the state

Backward ageed ee...bro. they are addresing issues concurrently, nothing has to wait for other. Oka vela initiate chesinavi fulfil cheyyaka pothe appudu anaali...But, initiate chesi money kuda allocate chesaru kada, unlike the previous govts...
I would rather like to see money being allocated for public need, rather than having no clue what the govt is doing, which was the case with previous govts..

70% is greatly exaggerated, only some parts of adilabad , khammam and Mahabubnagar are backward but rest of telangana is better off than most think, I share both rural and urban background and quite aware of things happening, they are doing a lot of things in the rural sector, mission kakatiya is one such thing which is hugely successful, also for us in northern nalgonda dist irrigation water has been a pipe dream so far, now they issued land acquition notices to the people in my village for canal works from devadula and kalaswaram projects. Though from nalgonda we don't have FL issue as sevre as in southern part of the dist. Also the bids for the first phase of water grid(pipe layout) at 16k crores has been completed this week
