it is not so easy buying land in hyd i myself been looking to buy one from past 4 months .lot of factors invest in a land and leave it for 15 yrs it will rise not short term

 FD's and real estate are entirely two different things bro..

 

Investing on lands might not give you the expected returns but FD's will definitely give you a decent amount of money at regular basis..

 

Real estate is always a gamble bro..you might end up selling it short as well..FD vishayaniki osthe

 

Say for example if you take a FD at 8% per annum, the total maturity amount would be around 45 laks after 5 years...Quarterly aithe your accrued earnings will be lil bit more..less than 1 rupee interest bro..And on top of this you end up paying the tax on the interest gained from FD's..Malli inflation comes int picture ikkada..so I always feel that its a bad idea to invest money into FD's..FD's ne peru mida leka mee parents peru mida..it again makes a difference..

 

Manchi land tiskunte..5 years kadu kaani,,you need to wait for considerable amount of time..then you can expect very good returns provided you need to buy the property in a decent area..its always a safe bet ani na feeling..Land ni nammukunodu mosapoyinattu charithra lo ledu..Atleast nee future generation oche vallaki baaga use avuddi..But you have so many other factors that needs to be taken into consideration like nu cheppinattu land mafia and all..This is something you can always bank on..So alochinchu bro..
