As promised, here are the suggestion for initial comments on AC21/EAD for I140 regulation.

This is just first set of comments questioning the process of this rule making and the reason why EAD and AP for I140 is not part of this regulation. Our goal is to have an honest process to include EAD and AP for I140 to this regulation. Your active participation will determine if EAD and AP for I140 is included in this regulation.

IV ni enduku follow avutunnav. Those people also trying to do business by saying donate funds to hire lobbying lawyer or someone. If they really wanted to help immigrants then they should have done this 6 months before the employers lawyers done this and publish this draft. Now again 1-2 years these IV ppl say we r working on it and we need funds to give lawyers who r helping infavour of immigrants. Everybody is cashing innocent immigrants man.

only solution for this is individual immigrants should be together and raise ur voices. No other law groups or groups like IV will not help us.

Anyways please write comments. we don't get i140 EAD but at least we should ask for job mobility and transfer of i140 to new employer. And also remove the same or similar job condition.
