washed rice water & starch stored are stored in a pot & lid is closed. On day2  froth  formed on the top is removed and day2's washed rice & starch is added

 

this procedure is repeated. manaki nachinappudu pot lonchi liquid theesukoni lakshmi charu chesukuntaaru. Usually 1 week kanna ekkuva rojulu uncharu.

 

I dont know how the name came from. bye1 bye1

rice lo unde vitamins anni mostly aa kadigina water ganji  lo ne untay...avanni paaresi only rice thintam....so in order to not loose that, mana thatha muthathalu found this charu item anukunta...manollu em chesina oka reason untadi....,
