Once again I am asking you to define exactly dalithudu ante ento... exact definition kaavaala? ivvagaltha, but do you think you deserve it, based on the kind of arguments you are making? Also I don't understand why an 'exact definition' is important. First of all, you are factually wrong that reservation was proposed for only 10yrs. It was not reservation, but separate electorates which was proposed to last till a generation. But the idea was shot down, and dalits were given certain constituencies to ensure their representation.
