most of the problems we have come from poverty,  i think economic based reservations will simplify reservations than complicate it, may be that will bring poor people together irrespective of their caste. I know its not completely fool proof but people should really give it a try and see if it works, if not then they can go back to caste based reservations.

 

many problems come from one's caste also. inspite of how rich or poor they are.

 

Nobody has an answer on what is the right way. current reservations bad. but how to change it.

 

answer is not as easy as you think. or popular.

 

it does include reservations in the private sector also. where caste is just one of the criteria.
