Split meals are when ur doing heavy weight constantly u have to feed ur body .. Now doing to fat loss sites depends on ur goal is .. It keeps on changing

bro but i heard the one with 8 hrs window ..it's called as intermittent fasting...nenu chesaa oka 2 weeks lost like 3 inches of my tummy(stubborn fat)....Concept same nuvvu cheppinante 16 hrs no food but aa 8 hrs window neeku day motthaniki kaavalsina macros kummeyatame

Yep nenu adey anna IF is nothing but intermittent fasting yes 8 hours badalu 1 hour feeding window petukuna 2 days did rest I am following 6:18 ratio 6 hours feeding 18 hours fasting ...I feel it's working like charm ...

It looks interesting check it out , 2 meals daanitho substitute chesi 1 meal normal meal unchithe it'll be nice I think , more over daily body ki kaavalsina requirements anni ochaaya ani calculate cheskovaalsina pani kuda undadu
