Deadlifts 135x5, 3 sets 205x5

chest barbell bench press & lat pull down super set 5 sets of 8 reps

arnold shoulder press one arm at a time

chin ups 3 sets x8 

triceps skull crushers 3x10 

done

carbs(rice pasta veggies) & healthy fats (olive oil , cheese butter avacado) thinali raja

protein without carbs can not be absorbed by body

Naa body fat is 13% still I feel I have belly fat malla daily core meeda kuda workout chestaa
