last inch of belly fat loose kadaniki dite is more important .... 90% is dite... even if  you do 1000 reps you will not loose that stubborn fat...

litrally zero carbs man zero sugars  calculate your BMR if your BMR is 2000 eat 1750 first 6 weeks  calculate your macros never exceed ur macros.. never do insulin spikes install my fitnesspal app and track ur food..

I am 6'1 and weight is  237lb was at 252lb when I started  15 more pounds august lopu...

breakfast 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites with 100 grms of spinach and 1/2 avacado.... cook in 1 table spoon of coconut oil/butter/ghee

lunch 200 grams of spinach and lettuce with 200 g of chicken ( you can use Indian spices   and 1 tablespoon of curd to cook)

dinner 1/2 avacado 1 table spoon of coconut oil celery 1 steam broccoli  cucumber 100g of spinach 1 scoop of whey almond milk blend it..
