I wrote an email requesting coroner to release autopsy reports pursuant to 552.102 and 552.108 section of government code and its interpretation by attorney general.

It's quite unusual and more over defendant confessed to the murder to cops as per the police report so he waived Miranda rights. I got few reports from coroner office and arrest report and final disposition doc dismissing the case but everything is against the defendant.

I couldn't find more info why DA decided to drop the charges. Even I was curious how this case got dismissed, nothing else.
