yeah it takes a long time but not within few months unless u got great genetics or been going to gym for a long time

I do 3 plates on either side on the hex deadlift bar 3 times a week. Hex deadlift bar helps you retain better form as it won't let you round off your back. 

It's part of the Army's ACFT too now look it up.

u r able to lift that heavy probably because u might be doing it since a long time im pretty sure most ppl cant lift 400 pounds in few months

Dude, doesn't the Hex deadlift make you bend more than the one you do with the barbell? Especially if you are tall?
