Even as the proposed private member bill seeking special category status to Andhra Pradesh, to be introduced by Congress MP K V P Ramachandra Rao in Rajya Sabha on Friday, has pushed the Telugu Desam Party in a tricky situation, Telangana IT minister K T Rama Rao has given a piece of advice to TDP president and AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

KTR, who has been in New Delhi for the last two days, was keenly watching the hungama over the private member bill on special category status to AP by the Congress members.
