IsmileBhai Posted August 4, 2016 Report Share Posted August 4, 2016 for your stats it should be easy to loose belly fat. eat fiber rich foods along with veggies and fruits and good protein ( chicken, turkey, egg whites, spinach, nuts, chick peas, lentils etc ) dont have to do cardio everyday, 3 - 4 times a week should be enough. lift weight and do core exercises.
