Not a good suggestion to do crunches to loose belly fat. The only way to get rid of belly fat is diet. There are no spot reductions.. Cardio will eat up muscles too if protein is not provided efficiently.. Do HIIT only. Proven method. Crunches will make abs stronger will not aid fat loss in belly. Eat lots of greens.. Lift weights low carb .. That's it.
