its been atleast 3-4 yrs n since a year no rice daily edo appudappudu biryani tappa

for your stats it should be easy to loose belly fat.

eat fiber rich foods along with veggies and fruits and good protein ( chicken, turkey, egg whites, spinach, nuts, chick peas, lentils etc )

dont have to do cardio everyday, 3 - 4 times a week should be enough. lift weight and do core exercises. Eat 3 hours before you go to bed

no carbs = fat belly if you want to loose that last inch you have to cut down carbs.... and do HIIT exercises ...
