Basic ga rice, bread chapathis maneyali. Eat greens, lots of meat, Avocados, Eggs etc. Don't be on this diet for more than 6 weeks at a time. A tarvata you can take carbs in moderation and elagu workouts chestu unte you can keep the fat away. Quote
