you will not see that fast grwoth for the next 2 years atleast..For apartment it will be same rate...luck is that you will not see any rate fall in apartments in current situation ..Future all investment will be diverted to Lands and Luxry villas atleast for the next 1-2 years

Gachibowli might not have huge impact since it is near to all software companies campuses, software people will mostly buy with loans and there might still be some demand. Rates might not go up for some time, but might not drop a lot also.
