Limited anna bro plus Cranberries are low glycemic. Of course you have to figure out what are the number of carbs you can have per day and keep it in accordance to that.

whole foods lo untadhi vuncle , 3-4 days patudhi alavatu avaniki, so next week nunchi keto ante e week shuru cheyi alavatu avudhi

naa chart home laptop lo undi  but this is how it looks

 

3 egg whites and 3 whole with 1 tbs of butter/ghee/coconut grass fed omelet chesukuntaa with 100gm of spinach and 1/2 avocado

170gm of chicken/panner/any meat can add Indian spices with 250gm of spinach or lattuce 

nite 1/2 avocado 200gm of spinach 1 broclie floret 1tbs of coconut butter 1 scoop of whey blend  and -30-60ml of almond milk blend it and drink...

 

you can have all these in one big meal and dont worry about dinner lunch or brakefast.. edi naa body ki tagatu food ... you have to calculate based on ur BMR...

Naa diet 

Breakfast

Eggs Avocado bullet proof coffee 

 

lunch chickenwrapped with lettuce

dinner salmon/ tilapia with sautéed cabbage or cauliflower rice(optional I used to eat just to get clear fibre kosam)

postwork out iso100 scoop with 1 tbsp of flax seed meal
