yes nenu almost 3 months edey chesaa.. malla 1 month india loo kummudu...last 3 weeks nunchu malla ikadaa start chesaa.... neeku edii kastam anipistey 

 

LCD thoo start karo first.... Low carb dite... where you take only 30grms of carbs...

already kind of lcd lo unnaa.. oka 10days nunchi.. only problem endhi ante nenu workout cheyanu asalu @~`

workout avasram ledu machaa... but good to do antey... food control chestey you can reduce just by sitting in couch... trust me..

Inka 4 min workout cheyyi daily
