you should eat some where around 1700 cals...daniki tagattu diet plan chesko...myfitnesspal helps you with that

yup....i just make sure i dont eat more than 50grms carb a day....i read labels on what i m eating....i mostly concentrated in my carbs...protein n fats elago vasthay.....but carb are very very imp....

yup...u need some kind of fiber bro, with this diet u DONT get any fiber, constipation vasthindhi.....spinach, bracolli, cauliflower, asparagus are your friends here.....

i google calories on what i eat....like 200gm chicken lo cals, 2 tablespoons butter lo cals ala......i dont care lil thinks like onion n tomatoes 

but rest of my major diet i look it up........i did this on a rough cut level, not too accurate with number, this from now i will watch my numbers very very closely
