Low carb bread... 

Replace almond flour with Flaxseed flour (which has 0 net carbs) ... enjoy

@macha I'm gonna try haleem with flaxseed flour... ^^.. it has zero net carbs and tastes almost similar to our lentils

e bread lo 1 cup butter veyachu = 190 grams fat... and if we are able to have this bread within 2 days then .. most of the fats e bread tho velipothayi .. additional fats eggs and chicken tho vachesthayi

Keto Bread 

1 cup butter nutrition - 187g fat , 1630 cal
6 eggs - 468 cal, 30g fat, 36g protein
2 tbsp baking powder - 8g carbs, 30 cal
20g Almond flour - <3g carbs, ~100cal, 10g fat, 4g protein
37g coconut flour - 9g carbs, 6g fat, 6g protein, 180 cal
40g Flaxseed flour - zero carb , 210 cal , 13.5 fat, 9 protein

Total Cal - 2618
Total Fat - 247g
Total Prot - 55g
Total net carbs - 20g

Not true if you follow a decent keto diet.. indeed it helps to avoid

According to ruled.me keto 

My intake should be

total cal  - 1650

70g protein 

130g fat

20g carb
