Yo bro! You have to increase 50 to 100 calories every week if you are loosing weight. If not go back to BMR and restart. For next 100 cal increase , make 60 cals in protein and 40 in fat. By increasing protein you will promote muscle growth if you are working out. If you loose weight and don't increase calories every week you won't loose any as body metabolism will adapt. So keep shocking it. When you stop loosing weight go back to basic calories as above and restart. Try intermittent fasting when there is plateau. Keto lo diet entha simple untey anta results vastai as there will be misfires in complex food calculations. Don't eat any grains or breads in keto. Egg, fish, chicken, beef, lean turkey, butter, ghee, olive oil, paneer, coconut oil or MCT oil , whey protein, lettuce, brocolli, spinsch, onion. This list is more than enough. Budget keto.

You are going right!! But start weight lifting in week 2 or 3 of keto. Go slow don't rush.

No if he follows properly he will loose much more but the problem is he will gain back too. To avoid gaining back need to build muscle.

BTW ruled.me doesn't know your body type. We Indians have slow metabolism compared to Americans. So don't compare your results with them and get demotivated. Work towards improving metabolism. Slowly add carbs and go low carb diet. Its best for building muscle as well as cutting fat.
