i did manthena sathi diet a couple of times...3 days only honey and lemon water followed by fruit juices for a week...i felt good at the end

keto lo constipation problem untadi.... have atleast 400grms of spinach or lattuce every day... and ratri pdukuney mundi glass water loo edi 1tbsp mix chesukoni tagu...
