what about majjiga ? roju protein ey thinta body heat perugutdhi kada.. kaneesam majjiga anna thagacha laddu lodhi

you have to have atleast of 400 grms of greens every day when your in keto...ya Psullum husk kudaa chala manchidi... just 1 tbsp add everyday nite..

ledhu vuncle just google it  and read for few minutes if your are serious about keto  it should be part of your diet , keto lo unapudu constipation unte it will take care

macha emanna weekly menu for meals at different times of days.. so that manam roju okate thini bore kotti diet vadileyakunda
