Expect atleast 1 round initial screen with recruiter with 10-15 set of Qs, try to answer 100% correct answers in 1 word or 1 sentence short answers.

2 sets of phone rounds,,, expect  deep shiat Qs, online coding Qs(if screening for dev), and problem approach

and if they like they will call for onsite for full one day 8-10 hrs (sometimes multiple days )

whole process sometimes may take from 1 month to 6 months
